Your tasks

เปิดรับสมัคร Hostess (พนักงานต้อนรับ และดูแลลูกค้า) หลายอัตรา

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ดูแลต้อนรับลูกค้า แนะนำโซนที่นั่ง โปรโมชั่น รับสายและยืนยันการจอง จัดการคิวต่างๆให้เป็นมืออาชีพ รวมถึงสามารถประสานงานกับพนักงานเสิร์ฟ บาร์เทนเดอร์ และฝ่ายจัดการ เพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์การรับประทานอาหารที่ราบรื่น และน่าประทับใจ

Requirements

• พิจารณาวุฒิการศึกษา ม.3 เป็นต้นไป
• มีใจรักงานบริการ บุคลิกภาพดี มีไหวพริบและความมั่นใจ
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ปานกลาง ไม่กลัวการพูดคุยกับชาวต่างชาติ
• ทำงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ / ติด BTS สถานีพร้อมพงษ์ ประจำศูนย์การค้า Emsphere

1. Customer Service: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
2. Fair English communication skills to interact with guests and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
3. Organization: Effective organization and multitasking abilities to manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
4. Appearance: A professional and well-groomed appearance to represent the establishment.
5. Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Conflict Resolution: Ability to handle guest complaints or issues professionally and with empathy.
