Process Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities: •Support the new projects / products / models by making the investment plan for the overall project. •Manage, coordinate and control installation of new lines / equipment in the shop floor. •Support management in documentation process for “Board of Investment” for foreign investment. •Support production department in design process and layout of the equipment / machines. •Support and implement process capabilities methods in the production line. •Ensure Safety of the machine and manpower during working operations. •To review and correct the un-safe and low-quality process / machine on the shop floor. •Develop and design equipment, machines, dies, jigs and fixtures to reduce costs. •Design and development plant layout for new project/line considering line efficiency / productivity. •Review and approve the product design and change/process change as per customer requirement. •Support and work with Program Management, Sales & Marketing, Finance and production department for new product cost planning, Investment, process design, tooling, manpower resource for the project feasibility study. •Plan and manages annual budget for new projects, equipment, tools, maintenance, improvements, and infrastructure. •Accountable for all the optimum machine performance and process capability in the shop floor. •Manage production engineering performance and report to management in monthly basis for example -capacity utilization, investment in-house ratio, investment budget control etc. •Manage the new tooling design, development of new tools for new models. •Address to Quality issue / defect arising due to machine / process issues. •Conduct regular review / audit in the shop floor to ensure Perfect Fool Proof System is in place. •Work with production department to ensure productivity improvement by increasing equipment availability time and cycle time improvement.

Qualifications: Gender: Not specified / Any gender Bachelor’s degree of Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Five (5) years of related progressive technical and supervisory experience Planning, Prioritizing, & Goal Setting: Able to prepare for emerging customer needs; manage multiple projects; determine project urgency in a meaningful and practical way; use goals to guide actions and create detailed action plans; organize and schedule people and tasks.
