Architectural Interior Designer – Renovation Works

We are looking for a creative and experienced Architectural/Interior Designer to support renovation projects.  Role Objective:  We are looking for an Architectural Interior Designer who can seamlessly bridge the gap between design concepts and construction execution. You will be responsible for maximizing space planning while managing the technical, regulatory, and hands-on aspects of active renovation worksites  Key Responsibilities  Spatial Design & Concept Development: Translate client requirements into practical space planning, 3D renderings, and layout proposals.  

Technical Documentation: Produce comprehensive drawing sets using AutoCAD or Revit. This includes detailed drawings for joinery, cabinetry, ceiling/lighting plans, and M&E layout coordination  

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all proposed interior modifications comply with authority regulations 

Material & Vendor Management: Source interior finishes, built elements, and hardware. Prepare customized quotes and bill of quantities (BOQ) within client budgets.  

Site Supervision & Coordination: Conduct regular site reviews to manage renovation progress, monitor craftsmanship standards, and solve technical clashes alongside main contractors and sub-contractors.  

Client Management: Manage progress updates and communications regarding variations and project timelines directly with clients.  

Requirements:  Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline 

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max. 

Able to prepare design concepts, detailed drawings and material selections 

Capable of coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers 

Site coordination experience is preferred 

Able to work independently and meet project deadlines
