Stock Controller

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.

Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.

Track stock movements, transfers, returns, and dispatches.

Conduct regular stock counts and periodic physical inventory checks.

Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.

Monitor stock levels and identify slow-moving, excess, or low-stock items.

Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, sales, and other departments regarding stock requirements.

Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and organized.

Prepare stock reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Update inventory systems and ensure data accuracy.

Assist with stock forecasting and replenishment activities.

Ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures.

Report damaged, expired, missing, or obsolete stock to the appropriate department.

Support internal and external inventory audits.

Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, warehousing, or a similar role.

Good knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock management systems.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to identify and investigate discrepancies.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
