Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities:

Design and manage secure cloud infrastructure environments.

Deploy and maintain cloud resources on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, and security.

Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.

Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization.

Configure networking, firewalls, VPNs, IAM, and cloud security policies.

Collaborate with DevOps, software engineering, and security teams.

Troubleshoot production infrastructure issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

4–7+ years of cloud infrastructure experience.

Strong expertise in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi).

Experience with Linux administration.

Knowledge of networking concepts, DNS, VPNs, load balancers, and firewalls.

Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Azure Monitor.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.

Strong scripting skills (Bash or Python).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect

Microsoft Azure Administrator

Google Professional Cloud Engineer

Kubernetes Certification (CKA)

Terraform Associate
