*Job Summary*
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Breakfast Cook to join our dynamic culinary team! We?ve brought a little taste of Ireland to Niagara Falls. Doc Magilligan?s is your neighbourhood local restaurant for any occasion. We serve breakfast, lunch or dinner 7 days a week and brunch on weekends in our Victorian inspired surroundings. We offer a superb spread of entertainment and international sports, and our incredible selection of premium, craft or local beers flows as strong as the River Shannon. *Responsibilities*
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Follow established recipes and food handling procedures to maintain consistency and safety.
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, measuring ingredients, and setting up cooking stations before service begins.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils.
- Ensure all food served complies with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Serve breakfast dishes efficiently to ensure timely delivery to guests while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth kitchen operations during busy morning hours.
- Open availability including weekends and holidays.
Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
