*Job Overview*

Danuk Construction is looking for a full-time Carpenter to join our restoration team. We specialize in fire, flood, and property damage restoration across residential, commercial, multi-unit housing, and seniors? living facilities throughout Edmonton.

This role involves all aspects of carpentry, with a strong focus on finishing work following restoration projects. We're looking for someone reliable, easy to work with, and who takes pride in quality workmanship.

You will require a valid driver's license, your own truck and tools, you must carry your own liability insurance, have the ability to lift 50-80 lbs. and a security clearance.

*Duties:*

• General carpentry including framing, finishing, and rebuild work
• Finishing carpentry such as trim, doors, cabinetry, and flooring
• Repairs following fire, flood, and property damage
• Assisting with drywall, taping, mudding, sanding, and painting (an asset)
• Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Working with Project Managers and team members to complete projects

*Extra consideration will be given to candidates with drywall taping and painting experience.*

*Experience:*

• Certified Carpenter or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years carpentry experience (restoration experience is a bonus)
• Strong finishing carpentry skills
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Good attention to detail and quality workmanship

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
