Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, tender documents, and quantity take-offs. Manage tendering, procurement, and evaluation of contractor/subcontractor quotations. Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, progress claims, and final accounts. Support contract administration, claims, and commercial negotiations. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on commercial matters. Provide cost reports and identify opportunities for cost control and savings. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. 3–8 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contracts, procurement, and project cost management. Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with local construction projects and standard forms of contract is an advantage.
