Mortgage Loans Sales (Retail Banking)

Key Responsibilities

Assess and review existing housing loan accounts for conversion eligibility

Prepare and submit loan conversion cases for credit approval

Draft and verify customer loan conversion offer letters

Monitor and follow up on approved conversions, including handling any rework of offer letters

Conduct interviews with customers regarding loan redemption

Support management and department initiatives through ad-hoc tasks and assignments

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related role, preferably within consumer banking

Solid understanding of retail banking products, particularly in mortgage financing

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate effectively across various stakeholders

Competent in Microsoft Office tools, with an aptitude for data handling and analysis

Demonstrates teamwork, service excellence, and the ability to work with speed and precision

Independent, self-motivated, and resourceful in resolving issues and meeting deadlines
