Project Control Manager

Your tasks

The Project Control Manager will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and performance monitoring to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role involves analyzing project progress, identifying risks and cost deviations, preparing management reports, and coordinating with project teams to implement corrective actions and achieve project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and performance monitoring.
• Proven experience in monitoring project progress against approved schedules, budgets, and targets.
• Ability to analyze project costs, identify deviations, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong skills in reporting, data analysis, and preparing progress reports for management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant experience in construction and fit-out projects is a must.

• Minimum 5 years of experience at a managerial level.
