🌐 About Us: Confect is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform that helps eCommerce brands and agencies turn their product feeds into high-performing catalog ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. We sit on performance data from tens of thousands of catalog ad variants, plus a library of ads from hundreds of the biggest ecommerce brands in the world. Nobody else has this data. Your job would be to turn it into content.

🌟 The Role: We already publish the best content about catalog ads that exists. Competitors copy our formats, agencies quote our numbers back to us. Now we want to go much further: make Confect the place the entire market goes to learn catalog ads, the way people go to specific companies to learn SEO or email. You'll be the one person whose entire job is this. Not a software company's blog writer. The author of the definitive research in a category. This is a senior individual contributor role. The quality of the work is yours, and there's room to grow into leading the content function as we add people. Your Day-to-Day: Research content (60%): Take one real question, like "how do the 200 biggest fashion brands build their catalog ads", answer it with our data and hundreds of real ad examples, and publish it as an article, charts, ebook, webinar and social content. One per month. This is the heart of the job.

Catalog Ad of the Week (30%): Feature one exceptional ad from a real brand and break down why it works. Four per month, on schedule.

Case studies (10%): Interview the customer, get the numbers, write it up. One per month.

Host the monthly webinar built from your research, live in front of a few hundred marketers.

Direct a freelance bench of designers, editors and researchers. You write the briefs, set the standard, and decide where extra hands buy the most quality.

You own the content, not the distribution. Someone else runs the ads, emails and webinar logistics.

🌟 About You: You can analyze data and turn it into content. Give you a performance report and 100 ad examples, and you can figure out what's going on and turn it into something marketers actually want to read.

You write excellent English. Native or indistinguishable from it. Everything you write gets published under Confect's name.

You have a good eye for visuals. You don't have to be a designer, but it's important that you understand layout, formatting and what makes a chart or slide easy to read, and you can build clean visuals using our existing templates.

You know how to work with AI. We produce content with Claude every day. We're looking for someone who knows how to get great results out of it and has the judgment to cut what isn't good enough.

You're not afraid to publish. You'd rather get good work out the door than sit on a perfect draft forever.

Bonus: hands-on paid social or catalog ads experience, ecommerce background, Figma skills, or a data project you once built purely out of curiosity.

🌐 Why Us? Data nobody else has: Most content people in this industry have no real data to work with. You'll have more than you can use, and permission to publish real numbers and name real brands.

Everything is ready for you from day one: An easy-to-use data explorer with a chart builder, a searchable ad library, ready-made datasets, templates, and AI workflows for every format we produce. You can focus on making great content instead of building tools.

A team of freelancers to support you , so you're never limited by what you can produce alone.

Fully remote setup: We really value flexibility and a modern way of working. Our team spans five countries, and we care about what you deliver, not what hours you keep.

Work directly with senior stakeholders: You report to our Head of Marketing and work closely with our CEO. You'll get honest, direct feedback on your work, which helps you improve fast.

Real ownership: This part of the business will be yours. After your first month, you bring your own ideas forward, argue for them, and make them happen.

Practicals: Fully remote, Europe-friendly timezone (team spans Denmark, Latvia, Slovakia, Kosovo and Albania)

Full-time, reports to the Head of Marketing
