Assist in daily F&B operations of taking orders, serving, managing cashiering duties Perform any duties assigned by the manager Ensure cleanliness of premise, equipment and adhere to health, safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Provide prompt and good customer service, informing customers of current store promotion Able to multi task and familiarized with these areas: Espresso Bar Station POS Station Waffle Station Cold Beverage Station Café Station (Bussing) Back of House (Prep. Work) Health and Safety Responsibilities: Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures Follow all Emergency Response plans on site Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times Job Requirements: Minimum GCE ‘N’ level and above or related certificates in the related position At least 2 years’ experience working in F&B as Barista or similar field Computer literate Passion about coffee
