Major duties

• You will be responsible for operation and utilization of 71 government leased family housing units, 6 permanent party unaccompanied units (12 rooms).
• You will recommend changes to procedures and policies to improve performance and internal controls.
• You will plan, schedule, and coordinate all major activities/projects for government-leased unaccompanied and/or family housing, and all associated facilities for the installation.
• You will interface with Singapore Government, Singapore directed developers, contractors, and community leaders to develop and maintain a partnership to meet overall Housing and Lodging objectives.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience overseeing housing management operations, developing housing management plans and/or procedures, AND collaborating with partners and community leaders.
