Responsible for contract documentation Responsible for taking off measurement Preparing and checking progress claims to Client and from sub-contractors Attend meetings with Clients, consultant, subcontractors and commercial team pertaining to contracts matter, costings and invoicing and billings works Calling of quotation and review the subcontractors’ quotation for completeness Responsible for handling running project Prepare and finalize outstanding progress claims and final claims Ensure the return of duly signed subcontractor/supplier agreement/works order Prepare materials take off for procurement and update material wastage control form Preparation of cost comparison and coordinate for award of subcontract work Evaluation and certification of subcontractors’ progress payments claim (include any deduction to be made) Finalization of accounts with subcontractors and client Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction. Experience with HDB BTO and LTA projects is highly preferred Assist and perform all tasks assigned by respective superior
