Technical & Quality Assurance Manager

Your tasks

The position holder will be responsible for overseeing laboratory technical operations, QA systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement to ensure accurate, reliable, and high-quality diagnostic services. QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

• Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Registered as a Medical Technologist (with the Allied Health Professions Council of Uganda).
• 5+ years working experience, including 3 to 4 years Managerial experience, in a relevant pathology laboratory environment.
• Certification in good clinical laboratory practice (GCLP), basic health and safety as well as management training are desirable additional training requirements.
