Implementation Consultant and Project Manager (Monday.com)

Key Responsibilities

• Own assigned client engagements from kickoff, discovery, solution design, build, UAT, training, handover, and hypercare.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and manage stakeholders ranging from operational users to senior management.
• Conduct client workshops, interviews, review sessions, UAT walkthroughs, and handover sessions.
• Gather, analyse, structure, and trace business requirements against contracted SOW deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into practical monday.com solution designs, including workspaces, boards, workflows, columns, automations, dashboards, views, permissions, connections, and reporting.
• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, decision registers, and delivery tracking using monday.com.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes early and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Manage out-of-scope requests and prepare clear change request inputs for commercial review.
• Support integration design and implementation by defining data flows, field mapping, APIs, webhooks, authentication requirements, and error handling.
• Prepare high-quality internal and client-facing documentation, including Project Charters, design documents, workflow diagrams, user guides, UAT test plans, training materials, and handover packs.
• Plan and facilitate UAT, manage defects and gaps, and obtain client acceptance and sign-off.
• Deliver training and enablement sessions for end users, super users, and administrators.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Independently manage day-to-day delivery decisions and escalate commercial, contractual, scope, timeline, or client relationship issues when necessary.
• Contribute lessons learned and reusable assets to continuously improve CAD-IT’s delivery standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering business system implementations for external clients in a consultancy, systems integrator, software vendor, or implementation partner environment.
• Proven experience owning at least 3 full implementation lifecycles end to end, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, UAT, and go-live or handover.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring a no-code or low-code business platform. monday.com experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with relevant platforms such as Smartsheet, Asana, ClickUp, Wrike, Airtable, Notion, Jira/Atlassian, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Power Platform is also considered relevant.
• Strong business analysis skills, including conducting discovery workshops, interviewing users, analysing spreadsheets and business processes, and translating findings into structured and traceable requirements.
• Strong solution design and workflow architecture skills.
• Strong project management fundamentals, including milestone planning, dependencies, RAID management, status reporting, change control, acceptance, and sign-off.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills, including managing expectations and professionally handling out-of-scope requests.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, field mapping, authentication concepts, and integration platforms such as Make, Zapier, or Workato.
• Highly independent, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of client engagements with minimal day-to-day supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• monday.com certification or strong hands-on monday.com experience.
• Experience implementing CRM, work management, or portfolio management solutions.
• Experience with ERP integrations, particularly NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems.
