Lead the preparation of technical and commercial cost estimates for construction projects.

Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and client requirements.

Perform detailed material take-offs .

Develop accurate labor, materials, and productivity estimates.

Prepare comprehensive bid proposals and tender submissions.

Evaluate and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations.

Conduct value engineering and cost optimization studies.

Support negotiations and clarifications during the tendering phase.

Ensure all estimates are completed accurately and submitted within deadlines.

Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Planning, and Commercial departments.

Commercial Management Develop pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and company objectives.

Conduct risk and opportunity assessments for tender opportunities.

Perform bid/no-bid evaluations and profitability analyses.

Review contract terms and identify commercial risks.

Support change order, variation, and claim pricing activities.

Maintain and update cost databases and historical project records.

Education Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering

Professional certifications in Estimation, Project Management, or Cost Engineering are an advantage.

Experience Minimum 4 years of experience in cost estimation and tendering within construction industry.

At least 3 years of experience in a senior estimation or estimation management role.

Proven track record in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Technical Requirements Strong knowledge of Construction activities

Extensive experience in material take-offs and project pricing.

Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Experience using ERP systems or similar platforms.

Personal Skills Strong commercial and business acumen.

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight tender deadlines.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Results-oriented with a high level of attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications Existing network of suppliers and subcontractors within the Construction industry .
