ARCHITECTURAL BIM

Position: Interior Design BIM Specialist We are looking for a strong BIM professional with an Interior Design background and hospitality experience to join the team for the MBS project. Job Scope:

• Develop and manage BIM models for interior design works
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and project teams
• Prepare BIM drawings, documentation, and clash coordination
• Ensure BIM standards and project requirements are followed
• Support the design and construction teams throughout the project

Requirements:

• Experience in Interior Design BIM, preferably in hotel / hospitality projects
• Proficient in Revit and BIM coordination
• Strong coordination and technical detailing skills
