1.Payroll & Compensation Operations

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Process payroll-related transactions, including salary adjustments, overtime, allowances, deductions, final payments and other compensation changes. Prepare and issue salary adjustment letters and other compensation-related documents for local staff, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. • College or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Law or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in payroll, C&B or HR operations.
• Strong understanding of labor law, PIT, compulsory insurance and payroll processes.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Careful, responsible and able to work under pressure and deadlines....
