Logistics Operation Assistant (Electronics MFG Ind./East Area)

Handle shipping and freight forwarding activities for inbound and outbound shipments. Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to arrange drop shipments to the final destination for interplant orders. Coordinate and consolidate outbound shipments, determining the most appropriate mode of transportation for interplant orders while maximizing freight capacity in a cost-effective manner. Liaise with freight forwarders and local transportation providers to manage inbound shipments. Perform goods receiving and packing activities for outbound shipments. Requirements: Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience. Basic computer skills and knowledge. Understanding of 5S and health & safety concepts is preferred. Good problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick and effective decisions. 5 days work week Electronics MFG Co.
