Human Resources Supervisor

To supervise and manage all Human Resources operations within the slaughterhouse, ensuring effective workforce planning, recruitment, attendance management, employee relations, compliance with labor regulations, and HR policies to support operational excellence and business objectives.

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate manpower requirements with department managers.

Manage the recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.

Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate selection.

Prepare employment offers .

Ensure completion of personnel files before joining.

Conduct orientation programs for new employees.

Monitor probation periods and confirmation process.

  1. Workforce Planning

Monitor approved manpower plans.

Track vacancies and recruitment progress.

Maintain organization structure and headcount reports.

Coordinate manpower movements and transfers.

Prepare monthly manpower analysis.

  1. Attendance & Time Management

Supervise attendance and biometric system.

Review daily attendance records.

Monitor absenteeism, lateness, overtime, permissions and business trips.

Validate payroll variables before submission.

Ensure attendance data accuracy.

  1. Outsourced Labor Management

Supervise outsourced workforce.

Coordinate with manpower suppliers.

Monitor contractor attendance and performance.

Verify monthly invoices.

Ensure contract compliance.

Resolve outsourced labor issues.

  1. Employee Relations

Handle employee complaints and grievances.

Conduct investigations when required.

Issue disciplinary actions according to company policy.

Support employee engagement activities.

Maintain positive working relationships.

  1. Personnel Administration

Maintain employee files and HR records.

Update HR database.

Prepare HR reports.

Process employee transactions.

Ensure compliance with labor law requirements.

Education Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Experience 5–7 years of HR experience.

Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.

Manufacturing or Food Production experience is preferred.
