- Plan, manage, and execute aluminium façade projects from project award to completion and handover.
- Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Manage project resources, manpower, materials, and budgets to achieve project objectives.
- Supervise project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works.
- Review drawings, specifications, material approvals, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure project continuity.
- Monitor fabrication and site installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
