Safety Officer (New Position)

1. Responsible for implementing and managing the company’s occupational health and safety program in accordance with the approved safety plan.
2. Implement and monitor safety functions to ensure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and plans.
3. Monitor updates to applicable safety laws and regulations, communicate requirements to concerned departments, and evaluate compliance.
4. Implement, maintain, and monitor the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 45001 requirements.
5. Conduct regular safety inspections and patrols, identify unsafe conditions, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions until closure.
6. Develop the annual safety training program, arrange required safety training courses, and maintain employee training records.
7. Develop, implement, and maintain emergency response plans, procedures, and related regulations.
8. Control and monitor subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with company safety requirements and applicable legal regulations.
9. Manage occupational health programs, employee health monitoring, and annual medical/health checkups in accordance with legal requirements.
10. Conduct and coordinate machine safety inspections, ensure appropriate machine guarding and safety devices, and follow up on identified deficiencies.
11. Manage and control safety inspections and requirements related to F-Compo machines/equipment, including corrective actions and inspection records.
12. Coordinate annual electrical safety inspections and ensure required inspection reports are submitted to the relevant government authorities.

13.Promote and implement Zero Accident campaigns and safety awareness activities to prevent workplace accidents and continuously improve the company’s safety culture.

Qualifications: Male or Female age 25 - 28 Years old. Bachelor 's degree major in Occupational Health and Safety or any related field. Experience more than 3 years in Industrial manufacturing Experience in ISO 45001, risk assessment, machine safety, contractor safety. Good communication & Human relation.
