Hospitality Standardization & Monitoring Inspector Officer

Manage and provide documentation for hospitality procedure inspections or audits.

Conduct service inspections or audits regarding hospitality procedures, including monitoring the implementation of products and services, inspecting areas, verifying document completeness, and assessing personnel quality.

Collect and review inspection results concerning hospitality service standards, utilizing checklists and reports.

Collect and review the outcomes of follow-up actions regarding hospitality inspection findings, and provide consultation or recommendations for improvement.

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related major.

Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, fresh graduates with relevant internship experiences are welcome to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, willing to learn, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
