The Opportunity: Manage Your Own Centre
We are looking for driven, service-minded graduates to join our Graduate Fast-Track Programme. Fresh graduates and early-career professionals are welcome. You will undergo structured mentorship and onboarding before taking full operational and customer-service ownership of your assigned branch.

What You Will Do (Your Scope)
- Centre Leadership: Run the daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations of your assigned branch, ensuring the centre is welcoming, efficient, and running to standard.
- Parent Relations & Customer Service: Greet parents, handle new student enrolments, and professionally resolve enquiries on programmes, schedules, and fees across walk-in, phone, and messaging platforms.
- Operations & Billing: Oversee class scheduling, data documentation, and timely fee collection.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate a small centre team of part-time staff to keep daily operations running on time.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for teachers and HQ on centre matters.
- Business Ownership: Take charge of an assigned business sub-role for more exposure in business operations.

Working Hours
This is a full-time position of 5 working days at 41 hours per week inclusive of meal time . At least one weekend day per week is required as centre peak hours fall on weekends. Exact schedule confirmed at interview.
Branch Assignment
This role is based at our Sun Plaza (Sembawang) branch. Candidates who live nearby or are comfortable commuting to Sembawang are welcome to apply.
