We are currently looking to hire *Part-time *Specialists for our Step Down Program. Staff will provide support to individuals with complex needs. The focus will be on life skills and personal independence to transition to a community residential program. Staff must work well in a team environment to support individual with their daily routines, personal care, behavior management, community inclusion, life skills, independence & actively participate in & drive clients to community activities. Must have experience with complex behaviors & following comprehensive Behavior Support Plans.

*Qualifications:*

• must have experience with complex behaviors & following Behavior Support Plans
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to work well with a team, establish clear boundaries and maintain a structured routine

*Requirements:*

• Valid driver's license/reliable transportation
• Clean vulnerable sector check
• Successful candidates must have/be willing to obtain First Aid certification
• Willing to travel to Lacombe
• Available for Agency training applicable to position

*Opportunities:*

• alternating weekends (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm)
