Telemarketing Customer Service Executive [ 5 days, Tanjong Pagar ]

Telemarketing Customer Service Executive Base Salary: $2,500 - $3,300 (Based on Experience) + Commission Location: Tanjong Pagar Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads

Introduce and recommend suitable insurance and financial products

Identify interested customers and generate qualified leads

Arrange face-to-face appointments for interested customers

Hand over qualified leads to financial consultants for further follow-up

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments

Follow up with potential customers and support ongoing telemarketing campaigns

Work towards assigned sales and appointment targets

Requirements: Diploma or higher qualification

Relevant telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or financial services experience is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident and comfortable making outbound calls

Able to explain products clearly and engage potential customers effectively

Sales-driven and comfortable working towards performance targets

Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently

Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
