Hair stylist

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hair Stylist with at least 2-3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality hair styling and treatment services, while actively promoting our range of hair care solutions to clients. This role requires meeting company sales targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatment services to a professional standard.

Promote and recommend hair care products and treatment services to clients.

Achieve and exceed company sales targets through effective upselling and client engagement.

Build strong relationships with customers by delivering friendly, attentive, and personalized service.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge.

Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Hair Stylist. Able to work on weekends and public holidays (if any) Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality. Proven ability to meet sales targets and promote services effectively. Professional certification in hairdressing or related field preferred.
