*About the Role*

We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, provides excellent customer service, works well as part of a team, and is enthusiastic about making a positive difference in the lives of our patients.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Assist pharmacists with the preparation, packaging, and distribution of medications
  • Greet patients and confirm prescription and patient information
  • Accurately enter patient and prescription information into the pharmacy system
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, and refer clinical questions to the pharmacist
  • Process prescription pickups, payments, and cashier transactions
  • Maintain accurate patient and medication records
  • Assist with pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking
  • Keep the pharmacy clean, organized, and well maintained
  • Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other team members to support daily pharmacy operations
  • Perform other duties as required to support the pharmacy team

*Qualifications & Skills*

  • Able to speak Mandarin
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Proficient with computers, data entry, and common office/pharmacy software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
