BD manager（Chinese speaker）

Job Responsibilities

1. Identify and organize strategic cooperation business resources, and align them with priority development directions.
2. Build and mentor the development team, enhancing both its professional workflow and overall execution capabilities.
3. Plan and optimize the network/layout strategy in core cities.
4. Establish and maintain development project archives, and oversee asset management.
5. Monitor the current state and development trends of the national commercial real estate market, and provide forward-looking assessments.
6. Acquire and analyze relevant supporting knowledge to facilitate market development efforts.
7. Continuously refine the development system and regularly update business models to match the company's evolving needs.
8. Forge strategic alliances with key commercial partners.

Qualifications: Any gender Bachelor's degree or above in a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in site selection and development for retail or F&B. Extensive connections with shopping mall operators and outstanding business negotiation skills.
