Medical Services Coordinator

We are looking for a Medical Services Coordinator to manage and coordinate patients seeking medical treatment in Egypt. The role involves coordinating with patients, hospitals, doctors, and medical service providers to ensure a smooth and well-organized patient journey. Key Responsibilities Receive and follow up on requests from patients seeking medical treatment in Egypt.

Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and medical service providers.

Follow up on the patient journey from consultation until completion of the service.

Coordinate reception services, appointments, medical examinations, and treatment procedures.

Maintain continuous communication with patients and their families and provide the required support and follow-up.

Prepare and follow up on service quotations and patient-related reports

2–4 years of experience in the medical field, service coordination, medical tourism, or customer service is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Medical or Administrative specializations are preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Professional and courteous attitude.

Good command of English; good knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Ability to work effectively within a team and take responsibility.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM systems.

Availability: Immediate hiring preferred.
