Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Description YeaH1 is building the next generation of digital solutions across the Creator Economy, EntertainTech, Data Platforms, Financial Services, Securities and ERP. We are looking for Senior DevOps Engineers to join our startup-at-scale engineering team to build and operate scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure powering our mission-critical products. This role requires strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure and deployment environments.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable, automated, and efficient software delivery across development, staging, and production environments.
• Manage and operate containerized applications and Kubernetes clusters with a focus on scalability, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation to improve infrastructure consistency, deployment speed, and operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and observability solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Data, QA, Security, and Product teams to support application development and production operations.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements in system reliability and resilience.
• Implement DevOps security best practices, access controls, secrets management, vulnerability management, and secure deployment processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps standards, operational best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar technologies.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Linux administration, networking, DNS, load balancing, and troubleshooting distributed systems.
• Experience implementing observability solutions for monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting.
• Understanding of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, network security, and secure infrastructure practices.
• Experience with scripting and automation using Bash, Python, Go, or similar languages.
• Understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, backup strategies, and production reliability is a plus.
• Proficient with Git, code review workflows, and Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
