With two factories in Singapore and Malaysia, they design customized products to meet customer needs efficiently and hold ISO 9001: 2015 Job Summary You will measure, design, and communicate product specifications for production, coordinate packing and delivery, source materials, engage with customers, and support company operations to ensure quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Measure and design customers' products accurately and communicate specifications to production teams Coordinate and supervise packing jobs at production sites to meet quality and schedule requirements Manage production and delivery schedules to ensure products meet customer specifications and delivery requests Visit specified sites to verify product specifications, source raw and recycled materials, identify sales opportunities, and address customer needs Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support business operations Protect company interests by adhering to policies and procedures during all tasks Maintain operational integrity by ensuring compliance with company standards and efficient workflow
