Marketing Design Intern

XINGFLOORS is seeking a design-first intern who can create visuals with the right marketing and branding mindset. You should be creative, adaptable, up to date with trends, tech-savvy, and open to exploring generative AI tools to support content creation, design workflows, and idea development. You will support live or on-ground content, product photography, filming, and occasional sponsorship-related coordination or paperwork.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt artwork for marketing and branding materials
• Design visuals for social media, brochures, presentations, posters, and other brand assets
• Support showroom and customer-facing materials
• Ensure designs stay aligned with the brand and marketing goals
• Keep up with design, content, social media, and creative tech trends
• Use digital and AI tools to explore ideas, improve workflow, and support content creation
• Help with live or on-ground content support when needed
• Support product photography, filming, or simple content shooting when required
• Occasionally support sponsorship coordination and basic paperwork or document preparation
• Organize design files and support other tasks when needed

About you

• Strong interest in design, branding, content, and visual storytelling
• Familiar with Adobe software, Canva, AI-related platforms or similar tools
• Good eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency
• Aware of current design, content, and social media trends
• Creative, proactive, and open to feedback
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Mandarin / Chinese language skills preferred for coordination and communication where relevant
