CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER

(1) Customer Relation Officer - Trilingual (Voce and Non- Voice)

Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage but not required. Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Lao and Thai (spoken and written) is required. Cantonese and Mandarin (verbally and written) highly preferred. Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or client support is preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems. Must be willing to work full-time, on-site in Rosario, Pasig City.
