Cleaning services manager

Job Summary You will coordinate daily manpower and cleaningoperations, supervise periodic site work, manage client feedback and on-siteincidents, and communicate effectively with senior workers to ensure smooth andsafe job site operations. Responsibilities Coordinate daily manpower deployment and oversee cleaning operations to maintain site efficiency Monitor and supervise periodic work activities to ensure compliance with job site standards Manage client feedback and resolve on-site incidents promptly to maintain client satisfaction Collaborate with team members to support operational goals and foster a cooperative work environment Communicate clearly and professionally with senior workers to facilitate smooth task execution Other Information Work schedule: 5.5 days per week Availability to work on weekends and public holidays is required
