Slice to order: Cut, shave, or portion meats and cheeses based on customer weight preferences. Operate equipment: Safely use commercial meat slicers, digital scales, and wrapping machines. Maintain freshness: Rotate deli items in display cases using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method. Clean machinery: Disassemble, sanitize, and reassemble slicing machines throughout the day. Prep poultry: Season, marinate, truss, and skewer whole chickens for roasting. Manage ovens: Load, monitor, and unload commercial rotisserie ovens safely .Check temperatures: Use food thermometers to log internal temperatures and guarantee food safety. Carve and pack: Portion, wrap, and label hot roasted products with correct prices and barcodes. Assemble meals: Portion and serve hot viands (ulam), rice, and side dishes directly to customers .Monitor hot cases: Maintain food presentation and heat levels in the display warmers. Pack and label: Package prepared foods into containers, seal them, and print price labels. Maintain hygiene
