HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:

Manage the HR function of assigned client organisations. Provide strategic and operational HR advisory support to clients. Develop and implement HR policies, processes and frameworks. Support clients with employee relations, performance management and workforce planning. Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to improve organisational effectiveness.

Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. A minimum of 3–5 years’ HR experience, preferably in an HR business partnering role. Professional HR certification (CIPM) is an advantage.
