Telesales Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for managing Tele Marketing activity.
• Controlling and monitoring the activities of the Tele Marketing Staff team, coaching, giving motivation in achieving targets including helping to solve problems around Tele Marketing in the field.
• Make recommendations for Tele Marketing system improvements for the company's product offering by phone that are more accurate and targeted.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Tele Sales/Tele Marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and good communication skills.
• Strong in leadership and people orientation.
• Having knowledge about multi-finance business process.
• Familiar to work with Microsoft Excel & Google Workspaces.
• Willing to be placed at Tangcity Mall - Tangerang.
