Job Summary

Join WINGS as a Therapy Assistant (Sports) to support sports and fitness sessions for clients with special needs, helping them achieve meaningful progress in a safe, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and conducting sports and fitness sessions to support client development
• Prepare, organise, and maintain equipment and activity spaces to ensure readiness and safety
• Support clients during transitions, positioning, and handling to promote safety and comfort
• Record accurate attendance and detailed session notes to track client progress
• Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, client-focused intervention programs

Required competencies and certifications

• Prior experience in adaptive sports to effectively support client activities
• Physical ability to actively assist with sports and fitness tasks safely
• Valid employment pass for work in Singapore

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Certification in Personal Training or Sports Training to enhance session support
• Enthusiasm for working with individuals with disabilities
• Demonstrated reliability, patience and teamwork skills
