Your tasks

Cleanroom · WILVO Bergeijk Shiftleader Service As a Shift Leader Service, you are responsible for the daily coordination of the department. You divide the workload, monitor progress, and support employees with day-to-day questions and issues. You also ensure that all work is carried out according to established quality and safety standards.

What will you be doing?

• Assigning and coordinating daily tasks.
• Supporting employees on the shop floor.
• Monitoring quality, safety, and production targets.
• Identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure work flows smoothly
• Managing shift handovers and required administrative tasks.
• In addition, you play an important role in onboarding and developing employees

Requirements

What do you bring to the role?

• You enjoy helping and mentoring your coworkers.
• You can maintain a clear overview and aren't afraid to take on responsibility.
• You work meticulously and have an eye for quality and safety.
• You enjoy learning the 6S method and putting it into practice on the shop floor.
• Experience in production, logistics, or technical environment.
• You have a good command of spoken and written English.
