Commercial Excellence Analyst

Are you customer-focused, commercially minded and comfortable handling a variety of customer requests? As a Commercial Excellence Analyst , you will join an international Customer Information Group within the process industry. In this role, you are the first point of contact for customers, channel partners, prospects and other stakeholders, helping them with questions about products and services.

You will work in a dynamic environment where customer service, technical knowledge and collaboration come together. Together with colleagues from different departments, you make sure customers receive the right information and support. Commercial Excellence Analyst
