Field Sales Executive – Pest Control, Cleaning & Hygiene Services
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect for new customers within the assigned city and surrounding areas.
Conduct daily physical visits to potential clients.
Sell Wice's pest control, fumigation, cleaning and hygiene services.
Target commercial and institutional customers including hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, offices, apartments, property managers, warehouses, supermarkets and other businesses.
Generate residential pest-control leads where appropriate.
Identify and contact facility managers, procurement managers, property managers, administrators, business owners and other decision-makers.
Book site inspections and customer meetings.
Prepare/facilitate quotations and follow up aggressively until closure.
Develop recurring service contracts.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Follow up previous customers for repeat business and contract renewals.
Maintain an accurate customer and prospect database.
Submit daily activity and weekly pipeline reports.
Achieve agreed monthly sales targets.

Eldoret Sales Executive – Eldoret and surrounding areas
Kisumu Sales Executive – Kisumu and surrounding areas
Mombasa Sales Executive – Mombasa and surrounding areas
Preference should be given to applicants who currently live in or have strong knowledge and networks within their selected territory.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least 2 years of field sales experience.
Experience selling pest control, cleaning, hygiene, facility-management or other B2B services is highly desirable.
Strong prospecting and cold-selling ability.
Confident approaching businesses and decision-makers without prior appointments.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
Good knowledge of the territory applied for.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Smartphone proficiency for WhatsApp, Google Maps and sales reporting.
