Captain Waiter

Job Description :

• Involves overseeing the front-of-house operations
• ensuring that all guests receive attentive and friendly service.
• Key responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, presenting menus,
• coordinating with kitchen staff, managing tables during peak hours, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
• The Captain Waiter also plays a crucial role in training and guiding junior staff, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring that all service standards are consistently met.

We are looking for :

• Able to join immediately
• Intermediate english level
• Candidates should have between 3 and 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service skills, the ability to work well in a team, and proficiency in English are essential.
• Experience in restaurant reception or a related field is a plus.
• Prefeably male
