Staff Nurse (ICU) - Intensive Care Unit [AY]

Working Hours

12-hour rotating shifts, including night shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised nursing care for critically ill patients.
• Monitor patients' conditions and promptly identify and escalate changes in clinical status.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established nursing protocols and procedures.
• Assist doctors with clinical procedures and provide appropriate nursing support.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Ensure safe nursing practices and high standards of patient care.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals as part of the multidisciplinary care team.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in ICU / Critical Care.
• Candidates with experience in ICU, Critical Care, HDU, CCU or other acute care settings are welcome to apply.
• Advanced Diploma in Critical Care Nursing or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including night shifts.
