Ecommerce & Growth (Digital Marketing) Intern

We're a boutique growth agency that blends Paid Media, SEO/SEM, Web Development, and Growth Consultancy for ambitious brands across APAC. You'll work directly with our Head of Performance on day-to-day campaign operations while gaining exposure to how businesses grow across different industries and markets. We're open to either full-time or part-time arrangements. Let us know your availability and we'll work around it.

Responsibilities

• Assist our Head of Performance with day-to-day campaign operations across Meta, Google, Shopee & TikTok and more.
• Assist with campaign monitoring, optimisation and reporting.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and campaign summaries.
• Conduct competitor ad research and landing page audits.
• Research digital marketing, ecommerce and consumer trends across Asia.
• Support campaign setup, audience research and keyword research.
• Contribute to other digital marketing projects (Social, SEO, content, analytics and more).

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, IT or a related field.
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Self-starter mindset and willingness to learn.
• Detail-oriented and organised.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Curious about marketing, advertising and business growth.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Meta, Google or TikTok/Shopee Ads.
• Familiarity with ecommerce, retail marketing or consumer brands.
• Experience running a social media account, online business or side project.
• Exposure to Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console or Looker Studio.
• Interest in consumer behaviour, ecommerce trends and digital advertising.
