Sales & Marketing Associate Watch Capital Pet Ltd. Location:  Singapore Employment Type:  Full-Time About the Role Watch Capital Pet Ltd. is looking for a  confident, outgoing, and people-oriented Sales & Marketing Associate  to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys  talking to people, building relationships, creating content, and being in front of the camera . You don't need to be an experienced salesperson—we're looking for someone with the right personality, energy, and willingness to learn. Confident on camera  — comfortable appearing in videos, social media content, livestreams, and product presentations.

Good communication skills  — able to explain products clearly and engage different types of customers.

Customer-focused  — genuinely interested in understanding what customers want and helping them find the right product.

Willing to learn  — interested in developing sales, marketing, product knowledge, and content-creation skills.

Team player  — comfortable working closely with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Sales Engage with customers both online and offline.

Build rapport and develop strong customer relationships.

Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable watches.

Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.

Assist with product presentations and customer appointments.

Maintain a high standard of customer service.

Marketing & Content Appear confidently in social media videos, reels, TikToks, and other marketing content.

Participate in livestreams and product presentations.

Help create engaging content around watches, products, promotions, and the brand.

Support social media campaigns and marketing activities.

Bring fresh ideas for content and customer engagement.
