PREMISES MAINTENANCE OFFICER

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Maintenance Officer to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our F&B outlets and Central Kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day administration and coordination of maintenance matters at F&B outlets and the Central Kitchen.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises, facilities, and equipment across all outlets and the Central Kitchen.
• Carry out basic repair and maintenance works for F&B outlets and kitchen equipment.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and technicians during scheduled servicing and when professional repair services are required.
• Manage renovation-related matters for new stores and reinstatement works, including obtaining quotations and preparing budgets.
• Procure maintenance and repair supplies and equipment as required.
• Prepare and manage the annual maintenance and repair budget.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in premises, facilities, or maintenance operations will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in basic repair and maintenance works.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple maintenance matters.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to work in an F&B environment.
• Candidates with experience in F&B outlets, commercial kitchens, or facilities management are preferred.
