Job Responsibilities : Hunt and Conquer:  Aggressively drive revenue growth by hunting down new business opportunities while strategically maximizing returns from existing accounts.

Execute to Win:  Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies designed to not just meet, but systematically blow past sales targets and business objectives.

Dominate the Market:  Gather sharp market intelligence and customer insights to keep us ahead of the competition and fuel our product pipeline.

Own the Room:  Prepare and deliver high-stakes, compelling sales presentations, and lead tough commercial negotiations to close profitable deals.

Build Elite Networks:  Establish and weaponize a powerful network of relationships with key maritime stakeholders, shipowners, managers, and decision-makers.

Engineer Solutions:  Dive deep into customer pain points to pitch, tailor, and deliver technical product and service solutions that stick.

Be the Face of the Brand:  Represent the company at major industry events to expand your personal network and cement our dominant market presence.

Command the Cycle:  Fiercely manage the entire sales lifecycle—from aggressive cold prospecting to airtight account management and revenue retention.

Job Requirements : Maritime Credibility:  Diploma or Degree in Engineering (or a related field), or a Master Mariner / Chief Engineer certification. You need to speak the language of the sea and the engine room fluently.

Proven Hunting Background:   A minimum of 5 years of pure, hardcore experience in marine sales.  You must have a track record that proves you know how to close deals in this specific industry.

An Active Rolodex:  Deep, current knowledge of the marine sector backed by an established, robust professional network that you can leverage from day one.

Technical Sales Grit:  Strong experience in direct technical sales. You aren't just selling features; you have the technical know-how to recommend complex solutions and back them up.

Killer Instincts:  Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, paired with the analytical sharpness to solve problems on the fly
