Store Manager

Responsibilities:

Supervising staff, maintaining product availability Enforcing health and safety standards. Managing budgets and implementing company policies.  Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets while creating a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment for customers. Manage daily supermarket operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Supervise, train, and motivate store employees.

Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.

Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience A minimum of a BSc. in a related field
